Refund & Return Policy

We accept ordinary return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery, or for a longer period where required by applicable law.

For an ordinary return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Please contact us at hibeansup@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back.

For returns caused by a change of mind or incorrect compatibility selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or purchased as final-sale items may not be eligible for an ordinary return.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or other relevant information so that we can investigate promptly. If the issue is confirmed, HiBean may offer a replacement, repair, or refund and will cover reasonable return shipping costs. This notice period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or applicable warranty rights.

HiBean provides a limited 12-month warranty from the delivery date to the original purchaser for manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that they have not been fulfilled or shipped. After shipment, the order may only be handled under this policy.

Customers should confirm product compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
